We help our clients build on strengths and address areas of need or opportunity, with the intent of leaving the organization more skilled and better able to replicate its successes, and to diagnose and deal with its weaknesses and opportunities in the future.

Organization Development is a planned approach to change. Our work is to help you make your work more productive by creating healthy ways of interacting in service of clearly articulated goals and outcomes. We partner with you to diagnose and understand your group, team, organization, or system. We use a variety of methods, lenses, and processes to reach your desired results.

Design and Intervention

We collaborate with our clients to identify your needs and determine which of your needs will benefit most from external consultation. After our initial meeting, we will propose a course of action designed specifically to address your concerns. We believe that consultation is most likely to succeed when the client and the consultant work closely together. You will be involved in the ongoing evaluation of the consultative process. Together we will determine next steps, alternatives, and future directions.
