This 3-day workshop introduces Human Resources Professionals to organization development theory and practice and explores opportunities for integrating organization development skills into the HR role. This experiential learning opportunity begins the transition from problem solver to facilitator of problem solving and from “pair-of-hands” to consultant/coach. Theories and application include action research, use of self as an instrument of influence and change, values and ethics, resistance, and change and transition. We will work with your organization to tailor the workshop to your needs to support the transition of your experienced human resources personnel to a consultative role.
